Explore several paths and beautiful scenery as we guide you through the trails surrounding the fairgrounds, perfect for all experience levels.

Evening Glow Ride
Experience the magic of the trails at night. This illuminated group ride is a favorite tradition, complete with safety lights and glowing decor.
Obstacle Course
Test your horse-handler bond on our custom-built obstacle course, designed to be both challenging for experts and fun for beginners.
Memorial Trail Ride
A quiet, reflective journey to honor lost loved ones. This ride symbolizes the heart of our mission, supporting hospice through tradition.
Participant Activities
Wagon Rides
- Hop aboard for a relaxing wagon ride as we tour the beautiful fairground trails. It is a wonderful way for the whole family to enjoy the scenic outdoors together.
Tie-Dye Shirts
- Grab a white event shirt and add your creative touch with colorful swirls at our tie-dye station. It is a fun way for every participant to bring home a vibrant souvenir.
Face Painting
- Children can enjoy delightful face painting designs throughout the festival. Each colorful creation brings a smile to our youngest guests.
Songs Around the Campfire
- Join us as the sun sets for a cozy gathering of melodies and storytelling. It's a heartwarming way for families to connect and share in the community spirit.
Silent Auction

Parking
DO NOT park in any campsite other than your own. Driveways must be kept open at all times for fire lanes; no parking in designated fire lanes.
Campground Rules
Campfires
Contained campfires are permitted at south campground campsites only. Please ensure all litter is disposed of properly.
Layout
Camping units must maintain a minimum of 4 feet unobstructed pathway around each camping unit at all times.
Clean-Up
Campsites must be kept clean. Take garbage to dumpsters at the NORTH end of the fairgrounds. DO NOT use manure bunkers for waste.
Pets
Dogs must be leashed and immunized. Aggressive dogs will be asked to leave. Dogs are NOT allowed in buildings except for service dogs.
Quiet Hours
No generators allowed. No loud music or noise is permitted after midnight to ensure a restful environment for all guests.
Conduct
No alcoholic beverages, drugs, or disorderly conduct permitted. The Fair Board reserves the right to refuse admittance to anyone.
Safety
No fireworks, firearms, weapons, or off-road vehicles. Bicycles and skateboards are allowed only in designated fairground areas.
Liability
You enter at your own risk. The Fair Board is not responsible for any injuries sustained or for lost or stolen property.
Camping at the Fairgrounds
Stay close to the action and enjoy a relaxed, horse-friendly campground right on the fairgrounds. Settle in with friends, unwind by thecampfire, and wake up just steps from the barns and trails.
• 60 camping spots with 30/50 amp electric
• Dump station and water fill available for camper use
• Contained campfires allowed at campsites
• You may request who you would like to camp next to
• Camping only $25 per day
Stalling & Care
Barn Rules & Stalling Details
- 90+ Stalls Available: Reserved on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Woodchip Requirement: Fresh woodchip bedding is mandatory for all stalls to ensure comfort, cleanliness, and health.
- Check-In: Stalls must be stripped and checked out by 11:00 AM on Sunday.
Plenty of good eats
Overnight participants receive a dinner on the first night and breakfast the next morning. Overnight and Day-Only participants will each receive a lunch ticket. Refreshments and ice cream will be available for purchase until the concession stand closes.

By registering, you agree to comply with all fairground and barn rules, including safety requirements for horses and riders.
